8.       A. O. B

                                                               i.      PSUK it was suggested that consideration be given by the PSUK Indoor Committee to move the Ten Pin bowling event to a proper bowling centre rather than Potters due to the ongoing problems with the lane conditions and the fact they only have 6 lanes.  Tom Walsh will discuss this at the December PSUK meeting.

ii.      It was discussed whether there needs to be a formal selection process for the Interservices Challenge.  It was decided that forces discuss this process and report at the Met tournament. It was discussed and decided that an open invitation be given to the Services to compete at our tournaments.

iii.      Tim Matthews asked whether additional team trophies for 2nd and 3rd in Order of Merit could be purchased as we had additional funds.  This was voted on and agreed unanimously.

iv.      Jon Greengrass discussed whether we could adopt a fundraising scheme on behalf of Children In Need as the West Yorkshire tournament falls on the fundraising day.  This was again agreed unanimously and ideas were requested.  Pete Gerrard (West Yorks) stated that for a considerable number of  years all profit from the raffle at West Yorkshires tournament goes to Children In Need and is in the region of £140-£150

                                                             v.      Roger Smith queried whether the maximum entry fee was £100 per team, this was in fact the minimum price.
