There were calls for drug testing after the singles event with Chris Rawlins
Gloucestershire storming to the title with 705 taking the title from Mike
Cummings on 630.  Jon Greengrass took the handicap with an 775 almost
100 pins ahead of Alan Hanafin on 679.  The ladies handicap was won by
Dee Wilson with a 680.
The doubles event saw a long overdue success for Sussex with Roger Smith
and Craig Delves winning with 1259 from West Yorkshires Tim Baxter and
Michael Cummings on 1237.  The handicap doubles was won by
Gloucestershire Al Hopkins and Chris Rawlins (again!) with 1399 from the
combined might of West Yorks/ Derbyshire Steve Foster and Julia Thomas
with 1340.
The scratch team event saw the Met win their first title of the year from West
Yorkshire 2259 -2254
Northants took the team handicap from the Met with a more comfortable
margin of 2610 - 2566.
Jeff Taylor was a comfortable all events winner with 1947 from Michael
Cummings 1875.
Jo Green - Kent took the female all events from Julia Thomas 1593 - 1559.
